It started with one very dirty bay window

Marcus Delgado was painting houses in East Sac when a client asked if he could also clean her windows. He did, badly. Streaks everywhere. So he spent the next month learning from a retired glazier in Land Park, bought a real squeegee, and went back to do it right for free.

That free re-clean became our guarantee. Twelve years later, every ClearView technician is a full-time employee, trained on old wavy glass, tinted film and tempered sliders before they clean a single customer window.

We are still based on J Street, still answer the phone ourselves and still do Saturday estimates when you can not get away during the week.
