It is a close estimate based on window count, stories and service type. We confirm the final price by text or phone, usually from a few photos or a free walk-around. The price we confirm is the price you pay.

Not inside our service area. Homes outside the 8 cities we list may have a small travel charge, which we always tell you up front.

Yes. Clients on a twice-yearly or quarterly plan save 10 to 15 percent per visit, and the price is locked for 12 months.

Most weeks we have openings within 3 to 6 business days. Spring (March to May) books up faster, so we recommend reserving 2 weeks ahead.

Clear sill items and fragile decor, move heavy furniture about 2 feet from windows, and let us know about pets, gate codes or alarm systems. We handle the rest.

Light drizzle is fine for exterior glass since rainwater is clean. In heavy rain or wind we reschedule and text you the evening before.

A single-story home takes 2 to 3 hours for inside and outside. Two-story homes or packages with screens and tracks can take most of a day.

A biodegradable, pet-safe glass solution for traditional cleaning, and deionized pure water for exterior pole work and solar panels. No ammonia and no harsh detergents.

Yes. Frames and sills are wiped on every residential visit at no extra charge. Deep detailing of heavily soiled frames is an add-on.

Yes. We use glass-safe scrapers on non-tempered glass and specialty removers on tempered glass. Post-construction cleans are quoted separately.

Yes. Skylights, interior mirrors and glass shower doors are popular add-ons you can pick in the estimate form.

If you see a streak, smudge or missed spot within 72 hours, send us a photo. We come back and re-clean that glass for free, usually within 2 business days.

Yes. ClearView carries $2 million in general liability and workers' compensation for every employee. Certificates are available on request.

All technicians are W-2 employees who pass a background check and complete our ladder safety and glass care training.

It is rare, but if anything is damaged by our crew we will repair or replace it. Just let us know within 48 hours of the visit.
