How we handle screen & track cleaning
Clean glass behind a dusty screen still looks dull. And a track packed with dead bugs, leaves and valley grit makes windows stick, whistles in the wind and holds moisture against the frame.
We pull every screen, wash it on a padded rack with a soft brush and mild solution, rinse and air-dry it, then vacuum the track, scrub the corners with detail brushes and wipe it down. Screens go back in the same window they came from, labeled as we go.
Our process, step by step

Label and remove
Each screen is tagged to its window so it goes back exactly where it belongs.

Wash
Soft-bristle brush and mild solution on a padded rack to protect the mesh.

Track detail
Vacuum, brush the corners and weep holes, then wipe dry.

Reinstall
Dry screens go back in, and anything torn or bent is noted for you.
