Quotes, estimates and bookings

Prices, estimates and availability shown online are indicative until confirmed in writing by our team. Final pricing depends on an assessment of your specific needs. Bookings are confirmed only when you receive a confirmation from us.

Cancellations

Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Any applicable cancellation terms will be explained when your booking is confirmed.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Estimates and pricing

Online estimates and prices shown on this website are sample figures for illustration. Your confirmed price is provided by our office before service and may differ based on window count, access, height and condition.

Streak-free guarantee

If you notice a streak, smudge or missed area on glass we cleaned within 72 hours of service, contact us with a photo and we will re-clean the affected glass at no charge. The guarantee does not cover spotting caused by rain, sprinklers, pets or construction after our visit, or pre-existing etching, scratches or seal failures.

Access, pets and property

Please secure pets, clear window sills and provide safe access to all areas to be cleaned. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as failed seals, loose frames, brittle screens or cracked glass, which we will note before starting where visible.

Cancellations and weather

Please give at least 24 hours notice to reschedule. We may reschedule for heavy rain, high wind or unsafe conditions and will notify you as early as possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of CA.
